Организация экономического сотрудничества и развития(OECD) видит в интернационализации основной резерв роста конкурентоспособности. В этой рекомендации - ответ на вопрос: можем ли мы позволить себе роскошь жить по закону джунглей «Каждый сам за себя», описанному Киплингом. Такая политика приведет к стагнации всей мировой экономики, ведь без России ее сегодня уже невозможно представить. На территории нашей страны работают сотни тысяч зарубежных компаний. Привлечены колоссальные инвестиции. Российские предприниматели – в том числе, малые и средние – начали активно выходить на зарубежные рынки. Они учатся современным формам хозяйствования в рыночных условиях. Остановить этот динамично развивающийся процесс - значит, ударить по национальным экономикам, по интересам своего потребителя. И если мы, предприниматели, останемся в стороне, промолчим сегодня, то завтра будем  пожинать плоды такой соглашательской позиции. А послезавтра, когда эмоции улягутся, нам придется выстраивать систему взаимоотношений с «нуля».

Мы рассчитываем на понимание и поддержку нашей позиции со стороны партнеров ОПОРЫ из США и Европы. Коллеги, на наших плечах огромная миссия. В наших силах не позволить опустить новый «железный занавес». Бизнес – это одно из самых явных и органичных проявлений свободы. Нам нельзя ее потерять.

Approaching to Business unions and associations of the USA and Europe - partners of “OPORA RUSSIA”

Dear colleges,

Events happened in the Caucasus seems seriously changed our world.

Not going into details - positive it or negative - we consider it is necessary to apply to our associates and partners from the USA and Europe with the proposal not only not to reduce, but to increase the volume of our collaboration. Why is it so important? Business is by nature a universal mechanism. It knows how flexibly and in proper time to react to the most different processes, whether they concern owner's sphere directly or not. It is not possible to stop the development of business initiative by any laws, prohibitions, keen competition, barriers and sanctions. New businesses will appear even not because of, but in spite of. And the only obstacle, which can brake, and possibly, freeze for long years the development of entrepreneurship - are non-business control mechanisms. We cannot admit that business is directed whom to deal with. Companies of which countries it is allowed to have business with. Any similar limitations mean the end of the freedom of entrepreneurship. And this, perhaps, is the principal symptom of the destruction of democracy.

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) considers the internationalization as the basic reserve of competitiveness growth. This recommendation answers the question: Can we allow ourselves luxury to live according to the law of the jungle “everyone for himself” described by Kipling. This policy will lead to the stagnation of the entire global economy, since nowadays it is impossible to imagine it without Russia. Hundreds of thousands of foreign companies work in different regions of our country. Huge investments have been already done. Russian entrepreneurs - including small and medium-sized – started active entering the foreign markets. They learn the latest forms of management in market economy.

To stop this dynamically developing process - means, to strike the national economies, the interests of one’s user. And if we, owners, stand aside, keep silent today, then tomorrow we will reap fruits of this conciliating position. And the day after tomorrow, when emotions calm down, we will have to line up relationship from scratch. 

We expect understanding and support of our position from our partners of OPORA from the USA and Europe. Dear partners, we have to endure an enormous mission. It is within our power not to allow drop another “iron curtain”. Business is one of the most explicit and organic manifestations of freedom. We are not allowed to lose it.
